Under the cooperation and support of the headquarter and site project team, Algeria Biskra kiln fired in July 2016, which is ahead of the schedule, under the elaborate organization of the project management team, and the effort of commissioning group and whole project team, Biskara completed performance test for raw material preparation section in June, 2016, and IPT test for clinker section, performance test and short term reliability test , and complete Packing #2 line industrial production and performance test in Aug 2016,  Upon friendly negotiation, CBMI is awarded Hand Over Certificates for clinker line and packing #2 line by the owner. Since 12 Oct, 2016, all the production and maintenance work for clinker line and packing #2 have handed over to the owner, warranty period started up .

 Project group will start the cement mill industrial test and performance test, and focus on preparation of PAC, and do their best to complete PAC in advance.
